Archivart

Archivart organizes and documents private art collections. We create a complete record of everything you own: inventory, photography and a structured digital archive that keeps every document, image and receipt in one place. If you have been collection for any amount of time and do not have a proper system yet this is where you start.

Every project starts with a conversation. We assess your collection's current state, agree on scope and timeline, and give you an honest estimate before we begin. We work on-site when the project requires it and remotely when it doesn't. Most projects are a combination of both. Each project is different. We do not use a fixed template or a standard package. We build the system your collection needs.

You collected carefully. Now protect what you built.

Our Services

For Artists

We build inventory systems for working artists and estates: cataloguing works, establishing consistent file naming conventions, building digital archives, and making sure every piece has a complete and accessible record.

An organized inventory makes it easier to produce catalogs, respond to gallery requests, plan exhibitions, and document sales. It also protects your legacy.

What We Deliver

A numbered inventory with every work catalogued.

High-resolution photography at 300 ppi.

A structured digital archive in Dropbox or your platform of choice.

Provenance and documentation recover.

Fact sheets for each work.

Optional

Collection management on Artlogic or equivalent platform.

For Collectors

When we partner with galleries, we streamline their management of diverse artworks, enabling easy viewing and sharing with clients and partners.

Our system provides accurate records and tracking, with digital backups safeguarding against physical damage or loss. We believe that an updated and organized digital system plays a key role at supporting efficient curation and exhibition planning while maintaining detailed records for valuation, provenance, and historical documentation.

Discretion

Privacy is not an afterthought. Every engagement begins with a signed NDA and confidentiality agreement. We do not share client information, collection details or images without explicit permission.
